Book the time you need picked up and be ready at the agreed time.

Extra stops: $10 per stop, includes up to 20 minutes wait.

Payments: Online or at pickup (due no later than service). Weekly/biweekly rides must be paid in full at or before the time of the first pickup.

After‑hours service (before 7am or after 8pm): $20 fee applies.

Cancellations: Allowed up to 2 hours before pickup. After one late cancellation/no‑show, future bookings must be prepaid.

Kas Kas Transportation may cancel/reschedule due to safety, weather, or operational issues.

Passenger responsibilities: Keep track of your belongings (we’re not liable for lost/stolen items).

No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

Delays: We’re not liable for traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Liability: Limited to the extent permitted by law.
