•Pickups outside my service area? (up to 40 miles) = $15 fee due upfront

•Extra stops: $10 per stop, includes up to 20 minutes wait.

•Wait time = $10 per 20 mins

•Payments: Online or at pickup (due no later than service).

•Weekly/biweekly rides must be paid in full at or before the time of the first pickup.

•After‑hours service (before 7am or after 7pm): $10 fee applies.

•Cancellations: Allowed up to 2 hours before pickup. After one late cancellation/no‑show, future bookings must be prepaid.

•Service may cancel/reschedule for safety or weather. Passengers are responsible for belongings. No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances. Disruptive riders may be removed without refund. Not liable for delays from traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
Liability limited as allowed by law. Riding = agreement.
